Something not working, or a question the app doesn't answer? Email us — a real person reads it, and you'll normally hear back within two working days.
The fastest way to get help with anything:
shashanksingh67567@gmail.comIf you're reporting a problem, telling us your iPhone model and iOS version saves a round trip.
Home Screen: touch and hold an empty area until the icons jiggle, tap Edit → Add Widget, search for Days of Two, pick a size and drag it into place.
Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, tap the area under the clock, then choose Days of Two.
Touch and hold the widget, tap Edit Widget, and pick a style and theme there — no need to open the app. You can also set a default in the app under Widgets.
iOS decides when to refresh widgets, so the count normally ticks over shortly after midnight rather than exactly at it. If it looks stuck for longer than a day, open the app once to force a refresh, and check that Background App Refresh is on in Settings → General.
Open Settings → Partner sync and create a code. Share those six characters with your partner and have them enter it on their phone. Both phones then show the same count, events and memories.
There's no account and no password — the code is the only thing protecting your data, so keep it private.
Changes sync when the app next opens, not instantly. Open the app on both phones while connected to the internet. Both devices must be signed in to iCloud, and if the same thing was edited on both phones, the most recent change wins.
Open the app, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and include the date of purchase.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Apple Account settings → Subscriptions, or on your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com — only Apple can issue them.
If you never connected with a partner: everything is on your device. Deleting the app deletes it all.
If you did connect: deleting the app removes your copy, but the shared record stays so your partner's phone keeps working. Email us your six-character couple code and we'll erase it, normally within 30 days.
Nothing leaves your phone until you choose to connect with a partner. Once you do, your names, dates, events and memory notes are stored under your couple code so both phones can read them. Anyone with that code can read them too — so treat it as private, and don't put anything in a memory note you wouldn't want a stranger to read.
